Privacy Policy

The short version

        DeRot does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. Everything — your app selections, settings, and breathing history — stays entirely on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no way to identify you.
      

Information we collect

We collect nothing. DeRot operates entirely on-device.

App preferences and settings are stored locally using iOS UserDefaults and never leave your device.
Blocked app selections are stored locally as a comma-separated list on your device only.
Breathing session activity is not recorded or stored anywhere.

Push notifications

If you enable after-scroll reminders, DeRot schedules local notifications on your device using iOS's built-in notification system. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device. No notification content is transmitted to any server.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

DeRot Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

DeRot does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or tracking SDKs. There are no third parties with access to any data.

Children's privacy

DeRot does not collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for all ages.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change our data practices in a meaningful way, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. We will never introduce data collection without updating this policy first.
